Our policy on subscription payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Subscriptions
Super MaxFi Trakker is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
2. No Refunds
Because the Service delivers digital analytics immediately and continuously, all payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused time. This is stated at checkout before you subscribe.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew and access returns to the free tier.
4. Free Trial
New users may receive a limited free trial with full features. The trial converts to a locked free tier when it ends unless you choose a paid plan. No payment is taken during the trial.
5. Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged in error, reach us through our contact page and we will review your case in good faith.
