By accessing or using Super MaxFi Trakker (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. What the Service Is

Super MaxFi Trakker is a read-only analytics tool that displays liquidity-provider (LP) positions, profit and loss, impermanent loss, fees, and related on-chain data for wallet addresses you choose to watch.

The Service never takes custody of funds, never requests private keys or seed phrases, and cannot move, trade, or sign transactions on your behalf. It is a monitoring dashboard only.

3. Not Financial Advice

All data, metrics, estimates, and AI-generated insights are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Figures such as prices, fees, yields, and impermanent loss are estimates that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Always verify independently and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Plans and prices are shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (PayPal).

Each subscription entitles you to track a single wallet address. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your subscription. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service without written permission.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or use another person’s payment details without authorization.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super MaxFi Trakker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
